EMDR Interest Group Meetings
In the past we have held meetings where EMDR trained therapists have got together for mutual support and education. This is not a supervision session but does give attendees a chance to hear about new advances, specialist techniques, and also ask questions about how to overcome difficulties in their practise of EMDR.
LOCATION: The Meetings are held at the premises of TMR Health Professionals, Pinewood House, 46 Newforge Lane, Belfast.
Topics of past meetings have included:
- Integrating EMDR and Ego State Therapy with complex PTSD clients
- Adapting the EMDR protocol for working with Children
- Complex PTSD and the use of EMDR
- Integrating EMDR and Acupressure
NEXT MEETING: Our next meeting is on Thursday 26th April 2007 from 3-5pm. There will be two case presentations (including questions) taking about 60 mins: Mike Radford – Adult ; Peter Mulhall – Child.
Also there will be at least one EMDR Consultant present and you will have an opportunity to ask questions.

When attending the meeting please park in the Visitors’ Car Park shown on the attached map. This will avoid congestion at Pinewood House and will allow clients coming for therapy sessions free access to the building.
Please note, there is a £3 charge, payable on attendance, to cover the cost of coffee and biscuits. We are grateful to the management of TMR Health Professionals for the use of their facilities.
